Monday – Red Beans/Rice with Sausage , Green Beans and Biscuit

Tuesday – Lemon Pepper Chicken with Noodles

Wednesday – Chicken Tortilla Soup

Thursday – Crock Pot Stuffed Peppers

Friday – Shrimp with Angel Hair Pasta

Saturday – out or leftovers

Sunday – Spaghetti with Meatballs

I am coming over Wednesday!! I actually have started doing this also. For all three meals to help with grocery spending. I think it works great.

ok, I should've come over last night--I need some good ol' comfort food!--I'm starting Weight Watcher points today--so I really don't NEED it, but it sounds great! :)
