So, I got an amazing deal on ground beef! 93% FF Ground Beef for a $1.99 a pound. Oh I do love coupons. So I may have gone a little overboard - I bought 22 pounds - but it is something we use all the time. To maximize the freshness - I vacuum sealed the meat into one pound packages.
